Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Human Capital Management / Human Potential Management or a related field
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
- Responsible for sourcing and screening CVs/applications for vacant post through advertising in UTAR website and other websites
- Prepare manpower planning report for all faculties
- Assist in handling Annual Appraisal Exercise for academic staff
- Assist in handling Annual Promotion Exercise for academic staff
- Prepare statistical reports required by government/professional bodies
- Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
