Degree in Human Resource Management / Human Capital Management / Human Potential Management or a related field
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
:
Responsible for sourcing and screening CVs/applications for vacant post through advertising in UTAR website and other websites
Prepare manpower planning report for all faculties
Assist in handling Annual Appraisal Exercise for academic staff
Assist in handling Annual Promotion Exercise for academic staff
Prepare statistical reports required by government/professional bodies
Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
