Job Description


To support other PKT branches in Northern (One Auto Hub office, Kulim Logistics Hub, Butterworth and Permatang Pauh). Handle people management and resource allocation based on schedule operations to another site. To oversee IT operations inclusive of Team Members to ensure proper handling of Network, Server Infrastructures and End user devices. Responsibilities To provide technical support functions for the Local Area Network and Wide Area Network including the management of hubs, switches, routers, firewalls and servers\' operation Monitor and maintain remote support on operating systems and networks, including the addition of new users to the network and establishment of rights and privileges Participate in IT projects discussion, setup and deliver IT infrastructure services Arrange regular audits of the system, often in collaboration with an IT Auditor Carry out quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the operation and project\'s status To monitor the endpoint behavior & machine learning to avoid attacks and vulnerability Qualifications Minimum 4-6 years of working experience in related field Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Networking Computer literacy: Desktop, laptops, printer, RF Gun, Network Appliances. Networking concepts (WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN). Microsoft products: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, M365, IIS etc)
