Job Description
Job Summary:
To conduct installation, commissioning, basic customer training, preventive maintenance services and instrument repair jobs on analytical products sold by DKSH to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installing and commissioning on all products under Scientific Instrumentation.
- Perform yearly/ half yearly maintenance services after installation.
- Troubleshooting and repairing instruments under Scientific Instrumentation.
- Ensure customers satisfaction with minimum customer complaints.
- Increase service contract volume and spare parts sales.
- Perform warranty claims on faulty spare parts and maintain service spare parts inventory level.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum three to five years\' experience in a similar role.
- Technical knowledge in analytical instruments.
- Functional knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of laboratory and scientific research instrument.
- Proven fundamental analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge in analytical instrument and/or cold storage equipment is an added advantage.
