Assistant Manager Technical Services Scientific Instrumentation
Job Description
Job Summary: To conduct installation, commissioning, basic customer training, preventive maintenance services and instrument repair jobs on analytical products sold by DKSH to customers. Job Responsibilities: Installing and commissioning on all products under Scientific Instrumentation. Perform yearly/ half yearly maintenance services after installation. Troubleshooting and repairing instruments under Scientific Instrumentation. Ensure customers satisfaction with minimum customer complaints. Increase service contract volume and spare parts sales. Perform warranty claims on faulty spare parts and maintain service spare parts inventory level. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum three to five years\' experience in a similar role. Technical knowledge in analytical instruments. Functional knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of laboratory and scientific research instrument. Proven fundamental analytical and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge in analytical instrument and/or cold storage equipment is an added advantage.
