Role Purpose: To support trade marketing function in ensuring company and category objectives are achieved by translating the overall brand strategies to build sales volume, create brand relevance and drive category growth specifically in Food Service channels - Food Operator and Baking Ingredient Stores. The role will also be responsible for all elements of key customer programs, promotions & activations programs that aim to deliver desired changes in customers, retailers, shopper\'s behaviours. 2 positions available (Assistant Manager & Executive level) Key Accountabilities: Trade Marketing Planning - Food Operator & Baking Ingredient Stores Support key customer programs that add brands value, deliver category revenues and drive volume sales for assigned channel To improvise the program, sort listing customers, cascade, execute and provide recommendation improvement plan on key customer program Execute trade channel strategies focusing on 5Ps drivers (Product distributions, Price, Placement, Promotions & POSM) Ensure sales execution programs are tracked and compiled in accordance to KPIs To manage A&P assigned to key customer projects by updating spending status Develop and execute channel-specific promo grid to drive promotion/ campaign objectives Plan & allocate promotion stocks/ premiums to drive objective with ROI justification Laise with Sales team to ensure activities/plans are communicated in a timely, consistent and appropriate manner To support post-promo analysis/ evaluation of campaign effectiveness Manage promotion logistics and provide sales support materials Develop & review creative to drive call-to-action promotional messages Liaise with the sales team and supplier to develop and install customised POSM into F&B or retail outlet Revenue Growth Management To track & compile competitor pricing and promotion info on a monthly basis To present pricing movement & promotion activity in monthly sales & marketing meeting Merchandising & Activations Support in developing activation plans with shopper-centric POSM Assist in developing merchandising SOP, planogram guidelines, training decks and programs Build execution standards through picture of success Manage merchandiser/promoter agencies to develop shopper activation SOP between the sales team & agency Optimise space recommendation instore via quarterly planograms review reports and maximise brands Fonterra Co-operative Group Confidential to Fonterra Co-operative Group FOH/ BOH and Trade Activations Support yearly trade fairs by supporting the distributor sales team in identifying objectives, goal setting, engagement mechanics & artwork development Provide ideas and input into Trade Marketing plans for BTL promotions, campaigns and store activities Plan, manage and evaluate consumer contests to support category/ channel growth To raise & track monthly sample stocks for the partnership program Project Management/ Others Work closely with chefs to develop demand creations based on the latest food trends supported with a food trend story To collaborate with Channel & Sales Team to provide training to internal & external team To monitor and track customer engagement and conversion rate conducted by Chefs To work with food industry academy partners to collaborate on additional initiatives for branding awareness Skills & Experience: University graduate majoring in Business / Hospitality / Marketing Minimum 2-5 years of trade marketing/channel/sales in the FMCG or Food Service environment.
