1) Month-End and Year-end closing activities and reporting tasks :
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of month/year end analysis
\xc2\xb7 Oversees HQ MIF reporting with SSC
\xc2\xb7 Assist in HQ MIF queries
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring month/year end closing are in accordance with MFRS/IFRS
\xc2\xb7 Handling SSC matters
2) Treasury and Bank related tasks :
\xc2\xb7 Managing liquidity and/or funding requirements
o Managing and supervise the team to ensure daily cash needs and surplus are properly handled
o Forecasting monthly cash requirements
\xc2\xb7 Treasury handling
o Handling the correspondences and requirements from internal HQ treasury matters
o Handling external bank matters
o Ensure Treasury Information System (TIS) are submitted timely
3) Internal Accounting Reports tasks :
\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate overall accounting team\xe2\x80\x99s Power BI reporting
\xc2\xb7 Assists in programming further and enhancing Power BI Reports according to department needs and KPIs
\xc2\xb7 Ensures and review weekly and month-end reports are duly updated for management review
4) Accounting Governance tasks :
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for reviewing all accounting related HQ ERDs
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for reviewing all accounting related FC Processes
\xc2\xb7 Responsible to alert and fix gaps of any non-compliance to ERDs and FC Processes
5) Audit Handling tasks :
\xc2\xb7 Supporting audit queries for Statutory/Corporate/Ad-hoc audit
\xc2\xb7 Supporting preparation of audit schedules
6) Policies, procedures & processes tasks :
\xc2\xb7 Ensuring policies & procedures are adhered to in work execution
Assist in reviewing, monitoring and updating of working instructions
7) Projects tasks :
\xc2\xb7 Support ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
Education level / Training
Degree in Accountancy
Professional qualification in Accountancy and Finance
Experience (type of)
At least 3- 5 years relevant work experience
Experience in SAP system will be an advantage

Strong numerical and analytical ability
Possess strong compliance towards work
Possess strong drive for solutions to situations and problems
