Job Summary
You will be responsible to prepare the necessary financial reporting to meet statutory and internal reporting guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the preparation of IFRS17 submissions to regional office, including the preparation of monthly management reports under both local and group basis and accounts reconciliations. Ensure completeness and timeliness of both reporting.
- Perform system implementation or enhancement in accordance to regulatory or business requirements.
- Prepare financial statements.
- Involves in budgeting process.
- Work together across various functions to support the project implementation including group solutions, system changes, user acceptance testing, process flows and new financial closing process.
- Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent professional qualifications
- Candidates should have at least 5 years\' relevant experience preferably with audit and insurance industry experience will be an
- added advantage
- Well versed in MFRS
- Good command of English, both written and oral
- Have a strong sense of commitment, teamwork and good interpersonal skills
- Positive working attitude, willingness to learn
- Independent with minimal supervision, and able to cope with stress
