Key Responsibilities: Launching new properties and preparing marketing collateral Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns, including creative briefs, media planning, and go-to-market strategies. Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and track performance. Coordinate production of high-quality marketing materials, ensuring brand and campaign guidelines are followed. Maintain a proactive \'can-do\' attitude, adapt to challenges, and ensure campaign execution and optimization. Utilize digital advertising tools to create postmortem reports and track campaign performance. Develop engaging content for scheduled social media posts, aligning with brand guidelines. Optimize content for publication across various social media platforms. Ensure timely delivery of digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: 2 years above of marketing experience, preferably in property development Strong command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill Proficiency in graphic design (an advantage).
