Reporting to the Marketing Manager based in Malaysia, you will play a significant role in driving MAKE UP FOR EVER brand growth, marketing and brand operations planning. You will also be responsible in supporting the team on all campaigns roll out and business analysis. YOUR IMPACT This person is responsible for brand growth and marketing efforts to grow brand performance in brand owned boutique and ranking in E-commerce channels. This person will be accountable for planning and executing activations to support launches and brand\'s key bets such as animations, events, and digital/ecommerce campaigns. YOUR MISSION MARKETING AND TRADE SUPPORT : Develop and execute 360 marketing programs together with Marketing Manager to maximize launches and strategic focus, while working closely with regional team to adapt marketing campaigns to local market needs. Ensure ongoing update and communication of the calendar to all stakeholders. Responsible to grow Boutique business and brand.com. Work with Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing strategies outline by brand to drive awareness and sales. Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs to increase customer database; to track purchase behavior and customer satisfaction and propose action plans to drive growth. Responsible for overseeing and managing the ecommerce department with significant online presence. Work closely with regional team to develop online marketing strategies to grow e-commerce business. Responsible to monitor and analyze market insights, customer behavior and competitor intelligence to identify market needs and opportunities. Support Marketing Manager by working with vendors on merchandising and animation changeover at Sephora, coordinated to each campaign and initiatives. Lead the development and designing of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and promotion setup, which includes coordinating promotional drawings, preparing setup guidelines. Organize PR related events such as press conferences, in-store activities for media and key influencers, etc. PUBLIC RELATIONS AND DIGITAL : To identify and recruit relevant fresh faces, manage the base of KOLs and Make Up Artists seeding to increase brand awareness and brand love with brand-appointed PR Agency. Assist Marketing Manager in planning and managing marketing campaigns to promote company\'s brand storytelling, products USP and services to drive growth with brand-appointed Digital Agency. FORECAST DELIVERABLES, SALES AND BUDGET MONITORING : Provide regular sale results analysis and qualitative feedback from stakeholders to identify market\'s needs and opportunities. Manage product forecasting and work with Marketing Manager to ensure sufficiency and appropriate forecast usage. Monitor and manage the marketing budget in a cost-effective manner. OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Liaise with Retail and Marketing Coordinator on purchase requisitions, new vendor creation, product samples ordering, and other administrative duties assigned from time to time. Support the team on monthly meetings/presentations. WHAT YOU OFFER Possess a recognized university degree, preferably in Marketing / Business. At least 3-5 years\' relevant working experience in Marketing and E-commerce, preferably in cosmetics/beauty. (1-2 years of senior executive or assistant manager experience) Has strong sense of numbers, strong problem-solving skills and is analytical. Proficient in IT skills particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Well-developed interpersonal & communication skills Resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and under tight deadlines Meticulous, organized and task oriented Good analytical skills with ability to grasp numbers Highly motivated, an innovative and a motivator Well-groomed with inherent understanding of luxury and prestige
