Responsibilities:-
Launch Development - Planning
Formulate marketing/trade marketing strategies, plans and budget by customer and brands, consistently with OFM Portfolio strategy, yearly commercial targets and customer needs.
Proposing and implementing marketing/trade marketing activities within brand guidelines and strategies through seamless co-ordination with sales team, clients and vendors; to ensure synchronization in campaign schedule and positioning.
POSM- manage newness & Institutional display design, concept adaptation, order forecast, production and allocation
Visual Merchandising- process cropping and adaptation when needed, otherwise to work closely with principals to request for visual and window adaptations
Implement launches following marketing calendar in a timely manner
Launch Development - Execution
POSM- Organize all in store soft merchandising materials for distribution to sales team and ECPs to enhance POS retail excellence consistently
Visual Merchandising- Bring design render to live by working with vendors for production
Report - maintain systematic photo report & records for presentation or review use
Shop visit - conduct market visit in order to ensure that marketing/trade marketing initiatives are compliant with licensed brands contractual obligations and the correct usage and implementation of OFM's and Licenses' assets; and experience the execution and VM strategy in person & evaluate competitors' performance
Digital Marketing
Plan, create and maintain all digital contents for socials and website to drive brand engagement
Manage social media community engagement and improve overall brand presence in the social media sphere, including customers' enquiries, feedback and complaints through all communication channel
Website maintenance , assess daily checks on site's functionality and ensure information are accurate and up-to-date
Support and manage influencers and bloggers for brands marketing effort.
Budget and post campaign analytics
Formulate annual budget and review periodically
Monitoring plan execution, related performances and evaluate effectiveness, including tracking budget usage for the assigned sales channel;
Visual merchandising update cost (visual printing, guideline and installation)
Promotion cost (design, production, installation and photo shooting)
Brand launches and events
Contribute VM expertise for PR / KOL / media purposed events
Support buying days/ brand launches and present collections to clients
Requirements:-
1. Degree preferable in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
3. Fluent in English and Chinese
4. Proficient in Microsoft, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom
5. Motivated, organized and detail-oriented; able to work independently.
6. Self-motivated, Responsible, independent and dependable
7. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with high attention to details.
8. Ability to multi-task and flexible in accommodating ad-hoc tasks
9. Excellent presentation and communication techniques
10. Possess own transport (Car)?
