Description

This mid-level Marketing role is to drive market expansion and new customer acquisition efforts on a global scale. He/ she is responsible to drive revenue from owned eCommerce store (web & app) and external e-Commerce marketplace platforms worldwide. If you have a keen sense on partaking in market expansion projects via e-Commerce, then we want you to be a part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement marketing programmes to drive eCommerce revenue in the ANZ, Canada, USA, UK and Europe markets
  • Design & deploy marketing programmes for our own eCommerce store that consist of both branding & promotional campaigns implemented on various channels like email, paid media, social media, PR and etc
  • Channel Lead to manage and nurture brand performance on external e-Commerce marketplace channels, ensuring growth in revenue and brand presence across platforms.
  • Search and contact new potential marketplace partners to launch Photobook products with a key goal of market expansion in different countries.
  • Spearhead ideation of new strategies to be introduced to existing marketplace platforms on a product launch, price-setting and promotional level to support growth.
  • Performance Marketing - Work with Performance Marketing team to strategise and develop effective Collaborative Ads (CPAS) and Keyword Ads. Optimise and collate data for reporting to improve campaign performance.
  • Responsible for setting, managing and controlling campaign budgets for each platform.
  • Data savvy; able to make informed decisions from findings obtained via analytical insights.
  • Main point of contact with Key Account Managers worldwide.
  • Key contact with Country Managers in South East Asia for all matters related to marketplace performance and plans.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing and/or Business Administration.
  • 4 to 6 years relevant job experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or related fields. Experience in managing e-Commerce Marketplaces (i.e Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Groupon) is an added advantage.
  • Possess understanding of Performance Marketing: SEO, SEM.
  • A strong winning and problem solving attitude.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Google Suite.
  • Highly collaborative yet independent to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
