Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced
Assistant Manager, Bonded Warehouse Operations
to support the daily management of our bonded warehouse facilities (Bayan Lepas, Seberang Perai, and Kulim).This role is critical for ensuring full
compliance with Malaysian customs regulations
, optimizingoperational efficiency
, and maintaining high standards ofinventory accuracy
across all sites.Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in
supervising
daily receiving, storage, and dispatch activities. Ensure strictcompliance
with Malaysian customs procedures and documentation for import/export/transfer of bonded goods.Lead and train
warehouse staff to maintain performance, safety, and productivity. Monitorinventory control
through WMS and cycle counts. Coordinate with customs officers and freight forwarders.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field. Minimum
3-5 years
in warehouse operations, with2+ years in a bonded warehouse
environment. Strong knowledge ofMalaysian customs regulations
and bonded procedures. Provensupervisory/leadership
skills and WMS proficiency.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,800.00 - RM5,800.00 per month
