Job Description

1. Host Management

Oversee 8 live hosts (attendance, performance, grooming, discipline). Provide coaching & training. Schedule shifts & room assignments.

2. Live Session Oversight

Ensure rooms are ready. Support hosts before/during live sessions. Troubleshoot minor technical issues. Maintain high production quality.

3. Facility Operation

Maintain cleanliness & readiness of all rooms. Manage equipment checks & replacement. Coordinate with purchasing/IT for repairs.

4. Product & Inventory Coordination

Ensure product lists & stock are prepared for live sessions. Move products in/out of rooms. Track damaged/returned items.

5. Reporting & KPI Monitoring

Track hosts' performance metrics. Prepare daily/weekly operations reports. Report operational issues to Manager.

6. SOP Enforcement

Ensure all hosts follow SOPs. Improve workflows. Handle small disciplinary issues.

C. Technical Skills

Familiar with live streaming equipment: Cameras,Lighting,Microphones,Switchers,Streaming apps/platforms Basic understanding of audio/visual quality Basic Excel/Google Sheets reporting Familiar with content/commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, FB Live)

Working Location : Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
