• To Lead and Motivate a Team of 50 to 75 Employees and Team Leaders
• To manage the processes using various PSA BDP operating tools within cut off times.
• To handle exception processes by working closely with other stakeholders - EPIcenter, Account Managers, IT Team and customers to jointly resolve customer issues and minimize business impact.
• To ensure team members are properly trained to perform work assigned.
• To monitor performance of the team by participating actively in the performance reviews
• To understand local business requirements and propose appropriate solutions to meet the different local market practices under his/her jurisdiction.
• Initiate appropriate process improvements to enhance team performance.
• Constantly review processes and procedures, ensure the Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP) is up-to-date
• Responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of PSA BDP\'s Management System and that the Standards are followed and enforced.
• Ensure compliance to legislative requirements are met.
• To adapt cost leadership strategies
• To conduct review meeting with the Team.
• Ensure continuous talent development program
• Recruiting, interviewing, selecting and maintaining qualified staff
• Continuous Performance Analysis.
• Coach and guide internal talents as part of succession planning.

• Strong influencing skills with the ability to understand different perspectives, look for opportunities to support and build relationship.
• Deep understanding of how to lead and develop teams to support the delivery of customer objectives and improve daily.
• Ability to engage with customers on key priorities to support their needs.
• Can do attitude with a focus on how to deliver change and transformation, looking across the portfolio for opportunities to add value.
• A customer-orientated approach with the desire to engage with customers, develop relationships and convince new customers of the value of PSA BDP services.
• Strong communication skills in all mediums including presentation and engagement skills.
