• Assist in managing and overseeing the payroll function, including payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Review and reconcile payroll reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing payroll processes, procedures, and systems improvements.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure payroll data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare payroll reports for management review and audit purposes.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience 3 years as a payroll specialist or in a similar role, with experience in managing payroll processes.
• Strong understanding of Malaysoa payroll best practices, regulations, and compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
