What is your mission?
  • Manage day to day Payroll operations with payroll vendors for various countries.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding payroll enquiries, issues, rules, and regulations in an efficient manner.
  • Manage working relationship with various country\'s HR Compensation & Benefits, HRBP and HR Head.
  • Accountable for Payroll Accuracy and Timeliness as per targeted SLA
  • Drive continuos improvement in current process and provide excellent customer service to our employees and internal stakeholder
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Psychology
  • Preferable with 5 - 7 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
  • Has operational experience processing payroll for ASEAN or APAC countries in a shared services environment and general HR administration.
  • Well versed with Payroll rules and income tax.
  • Possesses skills in re-engineering and process improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS system.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
