Job Description

Assist for sourcing, cost negotiations, credit term and buying of goods and services related with daily operation. Assist to ensure items are purchased from the source required and delivered on time. Assist on source and develop new potentials vendors for economical procurement. Follow up with suppliers on resolve material, value discrepancy, outstanding and overdue delivery, warranty claims and damage, and return of materials. Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine supply needs, quality, and delivery requirements. Assist to maintain a full record and coordinate with various suppliers and compare costs for purchasing requisition. Perform any other tasks or assignments as and when assigned by the Management.

Job Specifications



Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Management or equivalent. Minimum one (1) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position however, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and able to work independently. Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel). Knowledge in SAP System will be an additional advantage. Possess good interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
