Assistant Production Supervisor
Job Description
Job scope of duties are as follows:-
Directly responsible for leading the operations and overall quality systems in production, coordinate with materials procurement, production planning, engineering project, maintenance and logistics to meet the company objectives.
Planning and organizing staff shift roster and tasks
Reporting plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements at the factory area
Stock control
Motivating your team
Producing management reports on performance
Monitoring quality control
Update paperwork such as daily production report, sick leave and ISO documents
Identify and organizing training needs
Other Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O"Level in any field
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
