Assistant Project Manager (Architectural) (1 position)

Putrajaya



Qualification :-

Should possess a Bachelor's Degree In Architecture or Engineering with related experience. Should possess minimum 10 years experience in Project Management.


Responsibilities :-

Responsible in handling projects including urban development involved in handling all design stage from conceptual to detail design and organisation of group work. Liasing with clients, consultants and authorities. Responsible for the coordination and administration of construction and Project Management. Able to work on computer using software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AUTOCAD, 3D Software and internet. Able to organise site meeting, construction drawings, project administration, management and inspection for claims / certificates / CPC. Able to organise consultants for technical department clearances, CCC inspections, CCC issuance follow-up, defects monitoring for DLP, Certificate of Making Good Defects and checking of as-built drawing submitted by contractor. Liaison with other Consultant and Local Authority etc.
