• Own Transport and able to travel outstations.
• Diploma/Degree Studies in Marketing/Property/Business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft excel and Powerpoint)
• Independent, self-motivated and responsible with positive working attitude
• Have higher level of enthusiasm and up to challenges
• Good communication in both written & speaking: Chinese is a MUST.
• Responsive to agent and developer enquiries.
• Knowledge in property & experience in project management in Property will be an advantage

Tanggungjawab

• Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships to understand project needs and objectives.
• Support Project Planning: Contribute to project development using real estate expertise.
• Coordinate Projects: Ensure timely execution and collaboration among team members.
• Conduct Research: Gather insights to inform project initiatives.
• Monitor Sales Performance: Track agent sales and prepare reports for management.
• Execute Tasks Efficiently: Complete assignments from the Manager on time.
