What you'll be doing ?

Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion Coordinating and supervising the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project quality and safety standards Identifying and resolving potential issues or risks that may arise during the construction process Monitoring and reporting on project progress, costs, and performance to stakeholders Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols Collaborating with the design team to provide input and resolve technical challenges Maintaining effective communication with clients, team members, and other project stakeholders

What we're looking for

Extensive experience

?5+ years?

in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the construction industry Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as a solid understanding of project management principles and best practices Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
