Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7
Project management on Program and Functional Testing, System Testing and deployment of product within scheduled timeframe. \xef\x82\xb7
Liaise with Business Unit or client on project schedule plan; project SOW, Resource plan, QMS document. \xef\x82\xb7
Responsible for task planning and execute to the software team. Supervision and monitoring software team in accordance with the project planning. \xef\x82\xb7
Report project progress status to Senior Manager / Project stakeholders. \xef\x82\xb7
Guiding the talent identification and development processes for a group or function \xef\x82\xb7
Responsible for project implementation, risk management and quality assurance. \xef\x82\xb7
Communicating financial and goal results and key performance indicators to direct reports \xef\x82\xb7
Facilitating goal-level creation for the broader function and working with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all workers.

Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7
Candidate must possess at least an Advance Diploma in Information Systems/Software Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. \xef\x82\xb7
5+ years of experience as a software developer delivering public-facing applications or products/ custom development. \xef\x82\xb7
3+ years proven experience managing and leading a team with a focus on servant-leadership. \xef\x82\xb7
Experience with technology and integration in the software domain. \xef\x82\xb7
Demonstrated experience up-levelling engineering practices on a team \xef\x82\xb7
Experience working with International partners; have the ability to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment \xef\x82\xb7
Excellent work organization, planning, and project management skills. \xef\x82\xb7
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. \xef\x82\xb7
Effective collaborator experienced in building technical partnerships across teams. \xef\x82\xb7 Prefer to be able to communicate in Japanese Language (Native or N2 and above).
