We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Restaurant &Bar team! If you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and are ready to take on aleadership role, this opportunity is for you.Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the Outlet Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing the venue.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and supervise the dining room staff, ensuring fast and friendly service.
- Train and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage inventory and handle supply orders as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with staff scheduling and payroll management to meet budget goals.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back
- Ensure that dining areas, service stations, and equipment are clean and functioning
- Help plan and implement promotions to attract new customers.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a restaurant or
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
