Job Description
Job Responsibility Present customer service with friendly manner as well as handling team member with care and positive attitude to achieve company\'s sales target. Practise high EQ in handling customers\' request or dissatisfaction. Responsible to conduct training according to company\'s SOP Reporting on both job and sales progress as per schedule. Job Requirements Must owned Asst Manager Position experience - minimum 3 years. Required to follow company\'s operation SOP and provide training to ensure outstanding service quality. The candidate need to own and able to motivate the team with positive attitude. Must have beer and alcohol drink knowledge, knowing ways to operate a bar (include bar tap services), and include bar operation arrangement, include organize event. Music as hobby is an advantage.
