Job Description


  • Take customer order and handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner
