- Basic knowledge about food ingredient and dishes. If without experienced, we are able to provide training as well.
- Able to communicate in Cantonese/Mandarin with customers.
- Be punctual, be responsible and friendly.
- Willing to learn and team spirit
- Having prior working experience in F&B industry is plus point.
- Experienced in taking restaurant order would be added advantages.
- Take customer order and handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure all food and beverages meet quality standards and are served in a timely manner
- Introducing meals, assisting customers with ordering, table service and maintaining the environment.
