Position Title Assistant Restaurant Manager
Industry Food and Beverage/Catering/Restaurant
Duties and Responsibilities:
\xe3\x83\xbbAssists in daily operation tasks (eg: taking orders, cashiering, consolidation of daily sales, attend to reservation phone calls and serving food & beverages, etc) during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard.
\xe3\x83\xbbManage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness.
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist with outlet administrative duties and submit all necessary records and paperwork to corporate office on time.
\xe3\x83\xbbConduct staff training and monitor staff performance
\xe3\x83\xbbEnforce discipline and ensure proper conduct of all staff whereby create a high level of morale amongst the staff in outlets.
\xe3\x83\xbbConduct monthly stock check of all inventories
\xe3\x83\xbbPerform any other duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager
Salary ~6000 (RM)

Requirements Requirements:
\xe2\x9c\x93Relevant working experience in similar roles in the No Pork No Lard F&B industry
\xe2\x9c\x93Strong leadership quality with excellent communication interpersonal skills
\xe2\x9c\x93Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
\xe2\x9c\x93Can-do attitude, driven, passionate about work and a team player
\xe2\x9c\x93Able to multi-tasks and work under pressure ; May require working long hoursAdvantages:
\xe2\x9c\x93Possess working experience in Japanese restaurant will be advantageous
\xe2\x9c\x93Proficient in Japanese language will be advantageous in order to liaise with Japanese customers
