Job Description

We need your help on below: Responsibility: \xc2\xb7 Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage the restaurant team in delivering the Nando\xe2\x80\x99s experience to our customers \xc2\xb7 Ensure all operating standards are adhered on quality, service, cleanliness, and to improve internal control measures \xc2\xb7 Plan and manage local store marketing activities and to implement national marketing campaign \xc2\xb7 Increase restaurant performance through sales building, evaluate and control expenditure, actively pursue cost saving measures \xc2\xb7 Plan manpower, recruitment and identify training needs of restaurant team, able to train, coach and develop team members \xc2\xb7 Review and ensure timely, accurate and complete daily / weekly / monthly reporting \xc2\xb7 To implement effective restaurant administration, stock control, security and safety Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Diploma/Degree in Food & Service Management \xc2\xb7 Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving, have high interest to make a great dining experience \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership skills, an enforcer and executer, planner, pro-active, resourceful, problem solving, decision making and result oriented \xc2\xb7 Effective time management, delegation, ability to interpret financial data (Profit & Loss) and decisive on action \xc2\xb7 Humble, always ready to listen and learn from others \xc2\xb7 Able to grow and develop others, a natural leader and motivator \xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills, able to interact well with all level \xc2\xb7 Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications \xc2\xb7 Required to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays \xc2\xb7 Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia \xc2\xb7 Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
