Job Details
Responsibilities:
o Assist Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations for smooth outlet performance.
o Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence.
o Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
o Monitor sales performance, manage cost control, and support P&L targets.
o Handle staff scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters.
o Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints effectively.
o Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests.
o Support sales & marketing initiatives to drive revenue.
Requirements:
o Minimum 2-3 years' experience in F&B supervisory/management role.
o Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
o Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
o Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
o Passionate
