Job Description
Restoran Canton Village is hiring Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager with the following criteria:
- Ability to lead and manage staff for daily routine from front counter to kitchen
- Ability to communicate well and plan well in the task given
- Monitor stock control, daily sales, expenses and P&L
- Ability to handle POS system and cash drawer
- Ability to handle customer orders/requests
- Do daily/weekly stock check on all materials
Ensure daily sales is tally with the cash in hand with different payment methods
Ensure the cash register always with sufficient small notes and coins
Daily beverages control on consumptions and replenishment
Perform stock check and stock inventory control weekly for raw materials, beverage and liasing with the kitchen for daily Groceries replenishment.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed to the growth of the restaurant
Taking customer orders via GrabFood and all other online ordering platforms.
Purchasing/procuring of groceries nearby if needed
Perform some basic accounting, double entry activities and book keeping
Giving work instructions to the part timers on daily activities
Co-ordinating with the kitchen crews for staff meals, daily restaurant activities and upkeeping of the restaurant
Ensuring customers\' requests, complaints (if any) are reported to the Manager
Comply with JAKIM registration process and audit
