We're looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our retail team and support our Retail Manager in day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations
Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily sales reporting
Manage stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels
Merchandise and label products on display shelves
Provide excellent customer service and assist with product inquiries
Handle transactions at the checkout counter
Address customer concerns and ensure a pleasant shopping experience
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet at all times
Rearrange and tidy up the store after operating hours
Support administrative tasks, stock receipts, and sales reports
Perform other duties as assigned by the Retail Manager
Requirements:
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
Diploma in any field
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Fresh graduates and ex-cabin crew are encouraged to apply!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
