Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating retail staff to achieve sales and service targets.
Handle customer issues professionally and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock checks.
Maintain store cleanliness, product display standards, and overall store presentation.
Assist in preparing sales reports, staff schedules, and operational paperwork.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and store policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of retail experience, including staff supervision and team management.
Strong communication skills with excellent customer service ability.
Energetic, positive, and highly sales-driven.
Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
