This is a fully on-site position. Remote work is not available.
We are seeking dynamic, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team. In this role, you will support the Retail Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering an excellent shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations.
Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily sales reporting.
Manage stock replenishment to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Merchandise and label products on display shelves according to store standards.
Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, addressing product inquiries effectively.
Handle transactions accurately at the checkout counter.
Manage and resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the outlet at all times.
Tidy and rearrange the store after operating hours.
Assist with administrative tasks, stock receiving, and preparation of sales reports.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Retail Manager.
Requirements
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Possess a Diploma in any field.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication skills and a positive team-player attitude.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
