Responsibility: - Assist Retail Operation Manager to manage retail operations of delegated stores and departmental stores consignment counters and to ensure business objectives are achieved. - Establish good working relationships with the shopping mall leasing team. - Establish good working relationships and network with departmental stores merchandisers and buyers. - Secure and operate fairs and events at departmental stores. - Generating and analysis of sales data and relevant financials and sales performance reports. - Optimization of resources to manage expenses in all business areas without compromising on productivity. - Responsible for ensuring stock inventory is within the approved level. - Responsible to ensure minimal stock loss at all outlets. - Visit competitors\xe2\x80\x99 stores and to provide updates of market situation. - Visit own stores regularly to ensure full compliance of operation SOP, staff discipline and stores cleanliness and upkeeping. - Coach and mentor the Shop I/Cs in performing their day-to-day tasks ensuring goals, KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and training plans are clear, managed and aligned with plan. - Lead and motivate Shop I/Cs to provide excellent level of service to internal and external. customers and to implement the culture of high performance and continuous improvement. - Recruit, train, supervise and appraisal outlet staff. - Handle customer feedback and address customer complaints. - Monitor cash float, petty cash etc. - Plan outlet roster to ensure sufficient manpower. - Resolve any technical issues affecting operations. - Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management. Requirement: - Minimum 5-6 years of relevant working experience in the retail industry. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. - Able to travel within Malaysia for store visits on a regular basis. - Good in Microsoft Office & Reporting.
