Grand Swiss Bel Hotel Melaka, a proud member of Swiss-Belhotel International, is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to join our team as Assistant Sales Manager. This role is instrumental in supporting the hotel's business development strategies, strengthening client relationships and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve the hotel's business objectives. Manage existing client accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth execution of agreements. Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and site inspections. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare reports and contribute to business reviews and planning sessions.

Candidate Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Business Management or related field. Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in English or Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage. Results oriented, self motivated and able to work under pressure. Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,200.00 per month
