Job Description
Work Location: Miri HeadquartersRequirements:
- Retired police officer at least by Inspector rank
- Aged not more than 65 years old
- Prefer male
- Able to travel to Camp as & when required
- Plan and develop the overall department strategy
- Create, implement and communicate security policies and procedures
- Develop a security budget based on operations\' needs
- Hire and onboard new personnel in accordance to manpower budget and requirement
- Measure and track department\'s performance regularly
- Ensure all personnel to adhere with company\'s rules and regulations
- Instill discipline among personnel
- Any duty from time to time
