Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification/ Relevant certificate

• Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse/store and inventory operations

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Independent, dynamic, and with integrity

• Good numeracy skills and able to work well with others

• Possess at least a Class B2 license (GDL is an added advantage)

• Basic mechanical or engineering knowledge is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Storing:

Check incoming goods for accuracy and quality, and store them properly.

• Inventory Management:

Record stock in/out, update inventory, and perform regular stock counts.

• Issuing Goods:

Prepare, pack, and label items for delivery, and update stock records.

• Record Keeping:

Maintain simple logs, forms, and reports for receiving, issuing, and inventory.

• Inventory Control:

Monitor stock levels and inform the superior when items are low.

• Safety Monitoring:

Ensure goods and safety equipment are in good condition.

• Other Duties:

Perform any tasks assigned by superiors when required
