10pm-8am

Allowance

Night Shift: RM500 Attendance Allowance: RM100 Monthly Sales Incentive: RM470

The Assistant Supervisor

will support the Supervisor in overseeing outlet operations during the night shift. This includes monitoring staff performance, ensure smooth night operations, maintaining store standards, and assisting customers when necessary

Job Responsibilities:

Assist Supervisor in monitoring outlet operations and staff performance during the night shift Ensure store cleanliness, merchandise display, and stock arrangement meet company standards Support in maintaining accurate pricing, stock rotation (FIFO), and merchandise replenishment Monitor sales and customer activity, and provide feedback to the Supervisor management Guide and support team members to ensure professionalism and teamwork Ensure all night operations are carried out according to company policies and safety procedures

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail operations or related field Highschool diploma or equivalent Age between 22-35 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
