Assistant Technical Support Engineer JD :

• Responsible for maintaining transmission network (IPRAN, PTN & DWDM) in order to meet client expectation.
• Execute plan to maintain, install and expand for multiple projects.
• To maintain transmission equipment, monitoring incoming feeds and outgoing transmission.
• To quickly troubleshooting any problems that arise.
• Responsible for the commissioning and maintenance equipment, and handling technical issues and engineering issues during the period.
• Responsible for technical training and guidance when required.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and subcontractor management.
• Responsible for the stability of the production network.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software Engineering of other related fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Languages required: English, Malay. Proficient in Mandarin is preferred as required liaise with China team.
• Fresh graduates with passionate learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Successful candidates will be offered contract basic with renewable.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to RM5,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
