Perform secretarial work and day to day administrative support
Answering phone calls and managing memo, correspondence, minutes of meeting
To assist in events and projects as required
To assist & follow up on matters raised
Prepare quotation and agreement upon request.
To apply, update, and renew the company\xe2\x80\x99s license, membership etc
To be responsible to SAQ, documents required by suppliers or customers
Other ad-hoc tasks when assigned from time to time.
Position Specifications 1. At least Diploma or above. 2. At least 1 year in secretarial work, office administration or related field. 3. Familiar with secretarial and administrative duties. 4. Able to work independently. 6. Well speaking and writing skills in English, Malay and Mandarin. 7.
