RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare exemption application of Import Duty and Sales Tax Exemption. Application to Customs for approval re-export shipment. Renewal of yearly Bank Guarantee and Raw Material List. Prepare monthly & yearly LMW reports(M1/2/4/KX/K/Cukai Terkobar /Sub-Con). Co-ordination, co-operation and teamwork within internal section and also external department. Ensure all shipment are recorded timely and accurately and provide clerical support Preparing /booking /checking of invoices for both incoming and outgoing shipments To check for product customs tariff codes and liaise with customs to resolve disputes and queries Preparation of customs declaration including identifying relevant documentation and monitoring customs clearance process Shipping arrangement for import / export and responsible for custom clearance. Solves and make decision pertaining to shipping documentation ,forwarding, shipping and related operations shipping issue as well as inter-department liaison.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma or SPM with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in shipping and LMW working environment. Preferably possess experience in import & Export permit , Sirim, STA, COO, MITI. Must be computer literate and experience in SAP & Oracle system. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
