Job Description

:

Develop Plan for Management Information System (MIS)

• Develop and execute MIS plan to support reporting and analysis requirements
• Develop budget for MIS solution in line with the department\'s goals
• Identify key data / information requirements and establish processes for consolidating, processing, reporting and disseminating of data / information
• Identify the relevant tools / technology to be used for the solution

Maintain a Robust Data Model to Cater for Various Reportings / Analysis

• Gather and collect relevant data from various source systems, Excel spreadsheets from data providers and/or external datasets
• Manage and organise data within a database and/or data storage system
• Develop and maintain appropriate data model for performance reporting, scorecard and productivity tracking as well as any other analytics requirements
• Perform regular data quality check to remove errors, duplicates and inconsistencies to ensure accuracy, completeness, reliability and relevance
• Anticipate data / information requirements, evaluate business processes and uncover areas for improving information sharing
• Design, develop, test and deploy the necessary changes to ensure robustness of the solution
• Adhere to applicable standards when dealing with sensitive and/or personal data

Reports and Dashboards

• Generate reports and dahboards to present data analysis results to stakeholder in a timely manner
• Create clear, informative and appealing data visualisation such as charts and graphs to communicate results effectively
• Provide actionable analysis and insights that can support decision making process

Continuous Learning and/or Improvement

• Keep up-to-date with data analysis tools and techniques to stay relevant in the field
• Keep abreast of changes within and outside the organisation that may affect data requirements and/or usage

Collaborative Work

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement and/or address challenges using data driven solution
• Liaise with Group Technology on matters relating to infrastructure, network, security etc

Miscellaneous Assignment

• Perform adhoc assignment / task as assigned by supervisor
• Participate in IT / Non-IT project(s) undertaken by the department / division
