Assistant Vice President, Independent Credit Review, Risk Management Division

Job Description


  • Conduct pre-approval independent credit evaluation on credit papers submitted by Business/Control Units
  • Ensure service standards of Turnaround Time for credit application processing are consistently met
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies/guidelines of the Bank as well as statutory guidelines issued by regulators and/or relevant authorities
  • Prepare and review risk reports for the Bank and subsidiaries
Requirements:
  • A recognised degree in Business Studies, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Certified Credit Professional (CCP)/Professional Credit Certification (PCC) qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in processing/evaluation of large commercial and corporate loans in a financial institution or financial services industry
  • Conversant with financial analysis
  • Possess strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good writing skills
