Review and update credit policies & procedures consistent with Group and compliance with local regulatory requirements
Review the continued applicability of the credit policies
Challenge the credit practices of the 1st lines to ensure the credit practices have operationalised the requirements of the credit policies
Perform maintenance to update credit policies
Provide advisory support and interpretation of credit policies and procedures
Requirements
A recognised Degree in Business Studies, Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Minimum 10 to 15 years of credit experience in commercial / corporate loans
Possess strong understanding on the credit on-boarding and review process
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and communication skills
