Manage Commercial Banking financing products performance including product development/enhancement, processes and procedures, system enhancement, documentation as well as time to market and profitability.
Develop transition finance framework and measurement
To identify transactional activities and track performance against transiton finance target.
To deliver key revenue line by providing holistic value proposition of all SME product programs, ie. onboarding experience, product bundling, automate processing, overall customer experience, etc.
To ensure product development is complied with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) guidelines and the Bank\'s policies & procedures.
To conduct continuous research and market intelligence on SME products, services and processes to stay competitive.
To support sales in the areas of product knowledge, processes & procedures and revert to them timely.

To conduct ad-hoc business initiatives and projects
