Job Description

Key Responsibility \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible in receiving and processing of incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders and managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to arrange and follow-up the domestic and international shipment. Warehousing duties: 1. Assist with receiving, unloading, counting and stocking physical inventory in the warehouse. 2. Responsible to closely monitor incoming and outgoing material from suppliers to warehouse and to the production floor. 3. Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that delivery of materials meets customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations and business timelines. 4. Order new supplies in a timely manner, including materials, spare part and consumable items. 5. Perform stock takes bi-annually on all products in the warehouse. 6. Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with the inventory management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy. 7. Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasure. 8. Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues. 9. Responsible to monitoring stock levels. 10. Any other duties that may be given by the Management from time to time. Logistic duties: 1. Manage and arrange to ensure for stocks in/out, transfer and delivery. 2. To manage logistics tasks; product receiving, arranging inventory management control and delivery management. 3. To support overall supply chain operation including planning and delivery of goods and support purchasing matters. 4. Any other duties that may be given by the Management from time to time.
