Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our e-Commerce Customer Service team.

This role will be supporting Steelcase e-commerce websites in Asia Pacific by attending to customer queries, complaints and orders through live chats, email and phone.

*This role is an entry level position

Main responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channel.
  • Assist customers by responding to product questions, processing transactions up to product delivery and installation.
  • Resolve product or technical problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction goals, along with the execution of strategies that support those goals.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned by the management
  • Required to support late after working hours queries during promotion and sales season as well as weekends and public holidays
Skills & Abilities:
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese . (The role will be supporting the China/Hong Kong e-Commerce sites like T-mall and Weimob). Other languages such as Japanese would be an advantage
  • Good customer service skills, highly motivated team-player.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Able to work under pressure, flexible and have the ability to learn quickly
  • Able to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Demonstrate aptitude for problem solving and a sense of urgency

Education & Experience
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Information System or related discipline
  • At least, 1 year of customer service-related work experience is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
