Job Description


DescriptionPrimary Objective:To support the growth of premier customer base by executing New-to-Premier customer tagging exercise in the system.To support the maintenance of Affluent and Wealth business operations as well as Community Banking implementation.
Key Responsibilities:To execute premier tagging maintenance with accuracy and omplete within timeline.To support the assigned operational works related to Affluent and Wealth business as well as Community Banking implementation which includes, but not limited to:i. Affluent and Wealth sales staff listing maitenance
ii. Tracking report compilation (Eg. sales staffs activity report)
iii. Prepare and disseminate Premier AUM Information to nationwide regions
iv. Progress tracking and follow-up of Community Banking program
v. Community event claim managementTo assist in general administrative works, eg. Documnet safekeeping and filing.RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).Minimum 1 year working experience in operational/administrative handling and execution, prefably in managing Wealth products support and Premier customer\'s portfolio.Good interpersonal & communication skills.Understanding of banking/financial operations & processSelf-motivated & result-orientedPossess ability to work under pressure & deliver on timeBenefitsDental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
