Manage and execute key responsibilities of the related portfolios ensuring that business & marketing objectives are achieved alongside analytics garnered for application of future campaigns.
Manage the marketing communication roll-out plan conforming to the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Identity and various regulatory requirements.
Manage the coordination between product / business owners and creative & media agency in developing the marketing promotions.
Upholds and maintains group branding to ensure all marketing collaterals & communications are not compromised and are in accordance to Brand Guidelines.
Monitor and control the marketing budget for all campaigns & recommend adjustments where applicable. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Initiatives
To manage all marketing initiatives to ensure on-brand positioning and awareness across all aspects of the marketing mix in a timely manner.
To manage marketing communication, ensure that the clear and powerful messages about the campaign, product, brand and value proposition to each market segment and are in accordance to the Group\xe2\x80\x99s Corporate Identity (CI).
To ensure marketing initiatives are implemented based on marketing operations risk mitigation to minimize customer complaints.
Strategy and Reports
Track, monitor and report all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, reporting and to ensure timely payments.
Track, monitor and report critical market and competitive research, data and analytics to drive insights.
Monitor and report competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, promotions, communications and budgets, strategic planning, and customer/revenue retention and growth.
People Management
Manage external agencies to ensure deliverables are of quality and given efficiently in a timely manner.
Manage internal stakeholders to work cohesively to ensure campaigns are executed in accordance to timelines.
Minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or banking experience
Strong operational, project management and public speaking skills
Experienced in assisting in the development of strategies, developing and managing for implementation of marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceed planned objectives
