Description Primary Objective: To provide system support to business units to ensure daily smooth running of the AML system as well as participate in system testing for AML System enhancement and rollout. Key Responsibilities: Participate in various projects initiated by business units/IT that requires interface to AML System ensure AML/CFT requirements are met and proper testing are carried out, for e.g. new system interface to AML system, merger of branches\' code, updating of Risk table and etc. Ensure the daily smooth running of the AML systems and maintenance within the set SLA handle queries from branches/users on system issues raised Perform investigation on AML system issues pertaining to alerts/scenarios generated as well as ad-hoc MIS reporting for AML System i.e. providing analysis to business users from AML System and work with Group Technology team on the remedial action and solution Work with Group Technology team on remedial action and solution for AML system issues highlighted by users within the stipulated SLA Responsible for the readiness of AML System to participate in DRP related testing including coordinate and prepare testing cases for DRP Perform investigation on AML system issues pertaining to alerts/scenarios generated as well as ad-hoc MIS reporting for AML System i.e. providing analysis to business users from AML System and work with Group Technology team on the remedial action and solution Attend Users request thru MyOneID and creation of IDs in AML System for MY, IB and LB Attend Users request thru Manual Form and creation of IDs in AML System for SG, TH, TH IB, KH, LA Analyse AML system issues reported by Users Analyse & review parameters for AML detection scenario /threshold setting of AML System (Investment Bank/Bank MY) Preform system administrator tasks as to guide business users on ID management request/AML system related matters Support and handling queries for Bank MY business unit/branches on AML System related matters AML System Admin mailbox, RHBIB - AML System Support group & AML System Support Mailbox Carry out user acceptance test (UAT) for change request/enhancement required by Business Continuous improvement of performance Report the progress of Team to Circle Lead on a frequent basis Actively explore and assess opportunities for improvement of results and define (in alignment with Circle Lead) feasible steps for Team Members within the Circle to achieve improvements Coordination & prioritization Together with relative Circle Lead, hold responsibility for success of the team in achieving target performance. Align with Circle Lead on the objectives of the teams in Circle and remove any misalignment Play harmonizing role in alignment of team\'s objective Support and team mgmt. Understand and communicate performance target and initiatives to team leads/members Refine and clarify key issues faced by teams and customers (internal & external) from team leads/members Ensure continuous improvement, coordinating with other parties within the Circle if necessary Clearly communicate objectives to leads/members to motivate, inspire and foster delivery Evaluate and monitor performance of team within the Circle Closely work with team leads (if any) to ensure team members are evaluated fairly and can improve performance Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s). Minimum 1 year of related experience in AML, KYC & Compliance.
